Price increase in JASMINE club house

We would like to inform you about the price increase in JASMINE club house - starting from 15 August, new prices for the remaining apartments for sale will be effective.

JASMINE club house is a club house in the city, which is being built in the green and cosy 13th district. The house has only 18 apartments. Almost every apartment has a spacious outdoor terrace.

Monolithic and brick works have been completed in the JASMINE club house. The facade is currently being finished. Commissioning is scheduled for the IV quarter of 2024.
